Chloe Joan Shoulder Bag

When you think of Chloe bags you should imagine modern, chunky and bags of style (pun intended!). The only criticism can be that some bags can be a touch on the heavy side (which is of course due to the leather).

chloe joan shoulder bagThe Chloe Joan Shoulder Bag has a casual shape about it; it doesn’t give off an in-your-face presence which is ideal for most situations but it does stand out from the crowd. The tri-coloured body is full leather and made up of grey, green and black all of which seemlessly fade into each other and it held together with a large gold coloured clasp. There is also a studded belt around the top - in leather of course.

As you can probably see - the bag has plenty of space for your belongings (and kitchen sink) and your never going to be looking for extra room. You can even take this shopping and fill it with clothes.

Overall, this is more of a shopping, daytime and general use bag and its a little on the large side to go clubbing with - that said, it would also make a good holiday bag.

Versace Embossed Patent Leather Tote

Versace is one of those designer brands that carry handbags that I usually tend to stay away from. Its not because I dislike their designs or their handbags in general, its mainly for the fact that they’re a bit too flashy and detailed for my taste. Versace never fails to add metal hardware, giant studs, and Medusas throughout their bags. Sometimes… well, actually most of the time, I feel that they get a bit too excited and carried away on those poor leather bags of theirs.

Versace never fails to flashy extras on their bags - metal hardware, huge studs, Medusas, and you cna usually expect a shine or two along the way.

This bag is no exception - its shiney to the max but this doesnt take anything away from the overall pattern on the bag. The deep plum hue on the bag is distinct, yet almost hidden such is its richness.

The bag hangs quite ridgidly and its not something I am a huge fan of usually, but the handles on this bag more than make up for it and are a joy to grasp.

The silver corners are quite typical of Versace but lines up nicely with the centrally positioned Versace logo on the bag, on the side just below the opening.

This Chloe bag comes in - something that isnt usually to elegant, grey. but the texture makes it stand out. Surprisingly, the end product is quite a masterpiece and something that is very stylish.

Chloe Cyndi Tote handbagThe leather has two textures - the outer part of the handbag is stamped with croc pattern and the inner part, which protrudes from the top of the bag by a few inches at the top, is dead smooth. The outer layer is open at the top, which gives extra pokcet room suitable for most odds and ends. The edges of the leather are raw, which adds another subtle point of interest to the bag’s slightly industrial look. It also comes in a more widely available black combination of outer patent and inner smooth leather.

Overall, the bag is very likeable and although is more suited for casual occasions, the uniqueness of it means you can also stand out at any occasion.
